Ordering Information

All items in the Woodwork Gallery are one of a kind handcrafted by David.  As soon as a payment is cleared, the item will be marked SOLD and the package will be mailed out--usually within two to three business days of purchase.   In the event of more than one customer wanting to purchase the same item; the first payment that clears will get the item.  David will personally sign and date items upon request.  There is no additional charge.

Shipping Information

All items will be shipped parcel post (ground) with USPS.  All items will require a delivery signature.

Custom Orders

Please contact David  at david@broadwaywoodworks.com for custom orders for cremation urns and boxes.   Allow 8 weeks, from the time payment has cleared, for delivery.  It may not take a full 8 weeks in which case I will ship as soon as I am satisfied that the piece is finished and ready to go to you.

Refunds and Returns Policies

Since these are one of a kind originals, all sales are final.  Please read descriptions carefully and look at photos carefully to make sure this item is what you wish to purchase.  If an item is damaged in shipping, please return within two days of receipt and we will replace with another item.  Items that have been used will not be replaced.  Please feel free to email david@broadwaywoodworks.com with any questions regarding an item. 

Privacy Policy

We do not market.  Be assured we will never share your information with anyone.  After a sale is completed, all information will be shredded.  No exceptions.  We do not share any personal information including email addresses.
